2021 personal review
I got quite ambitious at the end of last year and set myself 8 daily goals for the first half of the year.
- Fitness: 15 min. of cardio (running/swimming/biking)
- Strength: two sets of strength excercises
- Career: meaningful progress on my own projects
- Writing: write 100 words
- Reading: read for 30 min.
- Meditation: empty the mind for 5 min.
- Health: no alcohol consumption
- Organization: organize my things for 10 min.
