Icelandic economist and founder with an interest in technology, business, and public affairs. Today I serve as Managing Director of the Iceland Chamber of Commerce and sit on the board of Reykjavík University.
I'm also the chairman of Elvo, a company I founded in 2025 to help businesses and public organizations use AI in customer service. Before that, I founded Moodup, a software company that helps organizations improve employee engagement.
I also founded Frami, an online learning platform where I sit on the board today; and I run Blaðberi, a news reader showing real-time headlines from Iceland's main outlets.
I publish blog posts, book reviews, code snippets and newspaper articles on this website. See writing for all posts sorted by date.
